In January 2012 director Abel Ferrara (“Bad Lieutenant”) and director Hermann Vaske (“Who Killed the Idea?”) met at Emir Kusturicas festival in Kustendorf, Serbia, for a screening of Abel Ferraras “4:44-The Last Day of Earth”.

The film features Willem Dafoe acting against interview footage that Hermann filmed with the Dalai Lama. The film will be released in the US March 23rd 2012.
